Hammerheads,

We are expecting unpredictable weather, likely for the next week.  Please note our weather procedures below, especially the communications touchpoints for notices of delays or cancellations.

• SwimTopia App:  Please ensure you have this downloaded on your phone.  Your sign in is the same as the website. Activate NOTIFICATIONS for this app.  We use this to communicate while on deck during practices and meets.
• Facebook/Instagram:  We will also provide notices through these social media apps.

Weather Notes:  We swim in the rain, we will not swim if lighting is detected within 10 miles of the pool.  If we do incur lightning in this range we will pause practice/meets for 20 minutes.  If no further instance, we will resume.  Decisions are made by joint Board and Coach communications and your swimmer's safety is the number one priority.

Meet Cancellation:  Our standard procedure if a meet is cancelled, is to reschedule the meet for the NEXT DAY.
