Time Trials on Thursday.  This is a great opportunity getting acquainted with meet format while having fun.  Keep in mind this is the first run for all things meet management, including for volunteers.  Board members will be highly involved to train new volunteers.  Time Sensitive items are below:

• Register for Time Trials on the website:  DUE TONIGHT.  Please also declare if you will not be at the event so we can plan accordingly for Heats. https://www.mtcarmelhammerheads.com/swim_meets
• Order Concessions:  DUE TOINIGHT.  We will only be processing pre-orders for Time Trials and will not have extra.  https://www.mtcarmelhammerheads.com/shop
• DECK Training:  TOMORROW at 5:30.  If interested in officiating it's a great opportunity to learn quickly and will help you pass your online test.  Besides, we have the best lead official in the State of Alabama running it.
• CAPs:  Apologize for the delay we will have them any day.
