Hammerheads,

We had a great first week of practice, though it was a little chilly. Next week will be warmer and we are keeping an eye on potential weather interruptions. We have several important updates to share:

• Suits: We have added a link to the suit ordering site on the MCST website-About-Info For Parents. https://www.mtcarmelhammerheads.com/info-for-paren...
• We are using TYR gear as the team receives financial benefits, and the quality of the products. Please use code MCST25 to receive 25% off all TYR products and to ensure orders are tracked for Hammerhead benefit.
  
• ****The site shows "pre-order" on the suits but all suits are in stock and will be delivered at fitting on Monday 18th if ordered by noon on the 18th. If you are purchasing a suit to be delivered at Fit Day, please select the Pickup option from the shipping selections and then use your team discount code prior to checkout.
• Suit Fitting Notes: Monday 18th at the pool. 5:00-7:30.
• Caps: Caps purchased during registration will be available for pick up. We have additional Caps to purchase for $10.
• WET BAGS: We have wet bags scheduled for Shark A Thon (SaT) prizes if swimmers raise a minimum of $50. We've had requests to obtain these bags now as the season starts. • Time Trial Registration: Registration for Time Trials, next Thursday, will close on Saturday night. Please register as Not Attending if you will not attend. Coaches will use practice opportunities or last season times for swimmers who can't make it.

• Volunteers: There are still 18 Families who need to register for assignments. We have added volunteer opportunities to the Meets, and they are ready to be selected. I want to thank everyone for their willingness to participate as we are more complete with volunteers at this point in the season than we ever have!
