Hammerhead Family,

First want to thank everyone who came out to assist with the pool opening process on Sunday. We accomplished a lot and our partnership with HOA is important.

The season is fast approaching along with school year-end activities. Registration is officially closed. We do have capacity in the 5-6 and 13-14 age groups if anyone knows a family interested.

Key Items:

T-Shirts Final Opportunity: We will be turning in the T-Shirt orders this weekend. This is the ONLY order we will have this year so be sure to order now. They are sweet Comfort Color style, and we have gone back to our OG Logo! Email me directly to place any orders.

Checks: Any family paying by check needs to have their check received by the first practice on My 11^th. Mailing address is 128 Whippoorwill Dr, 35811. We will be prepared to take checks in person on the 11^th as well.

No Refunds: No refunds of swim team dues after the first practice on May 11^th.

Jr Coaches: We can use a couple more Jr. Coaches. If your swimmer is 14 or older and would like to be a bigger part of the team, please email me and I will forward the application. We are finalizing this group by the end of the weekend.

Volunteer: Each family is required to complete three volunteer slots over the course of the season. If you haven’t signed up for your volunteer spots, please check the openings for all the meets.

Officials Training: Information is on the RCSL website (https://swimrcsl.org/), and we will have deck training at our pool on Wed May 20^th for new officials. Returning officials that need to be recertified can start the process online now.

This is shaping up to be an awesome season with all the great new and returning families. Go Hammerheads!
