Hammerheads,

We're heading into the final dual meet of the season against Valley Hill, which will likely be our toughest opponent.  Good news is we have an almost full strength squad for tomorrow.  Let's all "show up" in cheering on our swimmers and creating a winning home team environment.  The Heat Sheet is attached but still subject to change.

Please be sure swimmers are rested (early to bed and low activities tomorrow) well hydrated (start drinking lots of water tonight), and fueled up (plenty of carbs and protein tomorrow afternoon) for the meet. 

The meet theme is Patriotic night so wear your Red, White, And Blue. We will also be celebrating our Seniors:  Bailey Hall, Greyson Bunis, and Yzzy Kern!

Volunteers:  Those who have not completed their volunteer commitments will be contacted this evening to relieve those who volunteered tomorrow after already completing their two commitments.

Parking:  For those who live in the neighborhood, please carpool and drop off to save parking spots in the lot and on the street.  This will be our largest meet attendance of the year.

Concessions:  We will have our pizza slices available along with shaved ice, and drinks.  

City Meet:  We are finalizing City Meet plans and have closed registration, but please let us know if you still need to declare.  Volunteer registration is still open.
