I hope you're having a good Tuesday so far. Just a reminder to please sign up for the Intra-Squad Meet - we will close the sign-ups this evening to prepare the meet entries and heat sheet. Please contact me if there are any questions on how to sign up swimmers using our SwimTopia team website.

Also, we need a few more volunteers to help run the meet so please sign up for jobs if you can.

A reminder that the meet will be this Wednesday, July 8, at the Mt. Carmel Pool starting at 6PM for warm-ups - please plan to arrive a few minutes early to get settled. We will try to start the actual meet around 6:30PM.

A note regarding the Madison County Face Covering Ordinance announced yesterday which goes into effect at 5PM today. In light of this ordinance we are requiring all personnel inside the pool area, except for swimmers, to wear face masks / face coverings going forward. This includes coaches, volunteers, parents, and anyone associated with the swim team while in the pool area. We are also strongly encouraging all team members to bring a mask or other face covering with them for each family member, regardless of whether or not they plan to be in the pool area - masks do not need to be worn if the recommended 6 feet of social distance separation can be maintained between members of different households. However, since it is difficult to ensure that the 6 feet of distance is always maintained, bringing a mask / face covering and wearing it when appropriate is recommended. We appreciate your cooperation and continued support to the team!
