Good morning Hammerhead families. I wanted to take a moment and thank each of you for being a part of this great group and take a moment to communicate the upcoming fundraising efforts for the team. The annual Shark-a-thon fundraiser will be help on Saturday June 12th, go ahead and encourage your swimmer to get pledges for for the Shark-a-thon, this is always a great fundraiser and a great time at the pool. 

Something new we wanted to test this year was auctioning 6 parking spots along the fence to give parents an up close unobstructed view of the pool. With us no longer allowing spectators on the pool deck we feel this will allow parents to get as close to the action as possible while keeping everyone somewhat spread out. We plan to do this for each of the 3 home meets individually. Each home meet will have its own auction, winning a spot for the first meet does not guarantee you a spot for the 2nd meet as each spot will go back to the auction block. I will be adding a paypal link to the auction site so you can pay via paypal, or as always we can accept cash or check or if needed, we can work out a payment through venmo or apple pay. The link to the auction is below, once you are at the auction site, click on the View All Items below the Hammerhead logo. You will see an aerial view (thanks google) with the parking spots numbered. The numbered spots are what we are auctioning for the meets. The handicap spot and the bike spot will remain available and 3 spots at the lake end of the pool will be left open for the food truck. The 6 prime spots in the middle are up for grabs. Good luck and happy bidding because you definitely don't want to miss out on this new VIP view!
